Founded in 2024, Decade Energy powers the electrification of road transport by developing, finance, and operate the infrastructure—grid upgrades, battery energy storage (BESS), EV charging, and optimization software—that enables fleets to electrify. Overall Objective

Reporting to the VP Product, you will lead our energy strategy, focusing on electricity optimization and grid services.

Key Responsibilities

Technical modeling

• Lead the development of models using all infrastructure assets deployed on site at the depot (charging, PV, BESS) to generate revenues through electricity and flexibility markets.
• Explore and incorporate the specificities of each markets in the models to be able to make a recommendation on where to expand next (products or markets).
